Peak Energy Performance Running Club
Calling all runners in the Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, and Parker area; we want you to join us Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM for a 3-4 mile, mid-week run with friends.
This group is a mix of budding runners and seasoned veterans all coming together with one focus in mind…to have a blast running. As a club we aim to provide cutting edge performance education on training, sports nutrition, and injury prevention. This will also be a great opportunity to meet other runners, run many different courses and trails, and motivate you to keep training; best of all, it’s FREE.
The running club is led by Peak Energy Performance Therapy’s Running Coach, Dena Powell. A Road Runners of America Certified Running Coach, marathoner and triathlete, Dena brings an incredible amount of knowledge, instruction and advice to make running safe and fun for all abilities.
What we provide: Water, Recovery Drinks (Gatorade, Powerade, etc), snacks, conversation and a great excuse to get out of the house or your office on Wednesdays and burn a few hundred calories.
What you provide: Your legs, feet and hopefully, a good attitude most of the time.
Oh yeah, did we mention it's FREE? If you don't like us, you can always go back to running by yourself.
